Refund policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase as our team does their best to process your order as quickly as possible.

RETURN POLICY:

We gladly accept returns for new and unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

• Custom-made jewelry may be eligible for reworking for a small fee.
• Final Sale items (as marked in the product description) are not eligible for return unless an error was made in production. If so, we will refund your initial order and send a new piece free of charge.

We will send you a pre-paid postage label with our return address.

Store credit will be issued once your return is received and processed, minus a $6 return processing fee. Refunds are only provided if the return is due to an error on our part.

Please note:

• Returns that are late or do not follow the return instructions may be declined.
• Return processing may take up to 2 weeks, depending on store volume.
